Delivery & payment across Jordan

We deliver to all twelve governorates for 2 JOD. Delivery is free over 20 JOD when paying instantly by CliQ, or over 25 JOD for cash on delivery.

How long does it take?

We pack the order and hand it to the courier; delivery usually takes 48 hours depending on the courier and the area. Every piece is inspected and measured before shipping.

What does delivery cost?

2 JOD per order anywhere in Jordan, whatever the number of pieces. Free over 20 JOD with instant CliQ payment, or over 25 JOD for cash on delivery.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery or a CliQ transfer. We do not process cards and no payment details are stored on the site. Your CliQ alias appears at checkout.

Do you deliver to my governorate?

Yes — Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Balqa & Salt, Madaba, Jerash, Ajloun, Mafraq, Karak, Tafilah, Ma'an and Aqaba. Same fee, same timeframe everywhere.

How do I track my order?

You receive an order code on WhatsApp once it is confirmed, and you can follow the status from the tracking page or by messaging us the code.

What if the size does not fit?

Every piece is 1-of-1 and described in centimetres before you buy. If it arrives different from the description or measurements, message us within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out. Always compare our flat measurements with a piece you already own.

Measurements in cm are listed on every measured piece; where none were taken we say so instead of guessing.
