About Baleh 962
A small Jordanian shop in Amman. We pick pieces out of European bales one by one, inspect them, and measure them before they go on the site.
What is a bale?
A bale is a shipment of second-hand clothing arriving from Europe, sorted by garment category. What separates one bale from another is what is inside: brands, condition and sizes. We open the bale and select only the pieces worth listing — we do not resell it as it arrived.
How we choose pieces
Every piece is checked: the brand and original label, the stitching, holes and repairs, and whether the printed size matches the real measurement in centimetres. Pieces that fail inspection are not listed.
Inspection and sanitising
Each piece is washed or steam-sanitized before shipping. Our condition score out of 10 means: 9+ excellent with light wear, 8 good, 7 clearly used but sound — and any flaw is stated in the item description.
Why some pieces have no measurements
Because we did not measure them. Numbers on this site come from a tape measure on the flat garment, ±1 cm. When a piece has not been measured, the tile says “not measured” and you can request the measurements on WhatsApp. We never print an estimate as if it were a measurement.
Why only one of each?
Because each piece arrived once. There is no second one in the back, and no restock. That is what 1-of-1 means: whoever buys it owns it alone.
How to reach us
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, and our Instagram posts new pieces first. We answer sizing and measurement questions before you buy.
